If you want to join you must follow the rules to be added in the Banner Exchange.

1. You must be owner of a Harry Potter site related.

2. You must have a site that allows DIRECT LINKING of images, if you don't have one, I recommend to you to use Photobucket or ImageShack.

3. You must have a 100x35 button for the rotation.

4. The code must be in a visible place.

5. Do Not edit the rotation code in any way, if you edit the code your site will be removed.

6. Please maintain your Info updated and your imagen link up because if I see a broken link you will be removed.
